Mirror Link

Each day my self image had changed. For the times I had stared into my dirty broom closet mirror, I could hardly see what I was looking at. Okay I cleaned it, now I can see, but I still can’t see. Because of my self image. It was apparent to me that I was losing who I was, or who I wanting to be it. This battle is inside me, and nothing could be done, it was hopeless and sad and nothing could fix it, it’s over. Well that’s what I thought, this isn’t the end of the story and every day it got worse, until one day, it got worse. I woke up with a mild fever because I woke up and sickened myself, I tried to look into the mirror but all I saw was disappointment (which didn’t help) and despair. Finally by a miracle I took even more sleeping pills and went to sleep, then when I woke up 3 weeks later just out of luck I saw my computer piled with dust, I knew something really had to change, but not before I took more sleeping pills. Repeat. When I had finally woken up again after only 5 weeks, I knew something really had to change, so I grabbed my broom and swept my computer of all the dust then turned it on, on the monitor was footage of me sleeping and then I really knew something had to change, so that was the least of my concern. All the wasted daily crates, the daily logins on my favorite live service games; all those wasted gems and rubies. This is when I put my foot down, I knew something had to change, even if it wasn’t right at this moment, Rome wasn’t built in a day. Then I looked at my mirror and noticed the frame engraving, it was unmistakable, it was built in Rome, Italy. Was my mirror trying to tell me something?
